Paul was a postdoc in the group at the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics working on statistical methods for genomic analysis. He is now a group leader (Programme Leader Track) within the Precision Medicine and Inference for Complex Outcomes (PREM) theme at the MRC Biostatistics Unit.
